Roll Acceptable Use Policy

Bit Acceptable Use Policy
Roll is digital content (e.g. generated photos, reaction videos) that can only be purchased on YouinRoll. YouinRoll originally introduced Roll as a way for viewers to celebrate moments and show appreciation for others and events; we call it AI emotion generation. And now we have Roll in extensions; opening up a host of other experiences, from throwing a Roll at a growing TV to voting on certain category topics.

We want to create a positive Roll on YouinRoll experience for creators and their community. One way to do this is to introduce a shared understanding of how Roll can serve the community on YouinRoll, in addition to identifying activities that are inappropriate for Roll. The publication of this Acceptable Use Policy (the "Policy" or "SUT") is a step in that direction.

apply
This policy applies to all Youinroll broadcasters and viewers who purchase, acquire, utilize, or otherwise use Roll , including Roll  in Extensions. We may change this Policy from time to time, and the changes will become effective when we post an updated version online or otherwise make it available to you. We encourage users to review this policy regularly.

Your use of Roll  is additionally governed by and governed by the Youinroll Terms of Service, Youinroll Terms of Sale and Community Guidelines. In the event of a conflict between these agreements and this Policy, this Policy shall prevail. If you are a developer, your use of Roll in Extensions is additionally governed by the Youinroll Developer Services Agreement.

Usage Guidelines
There are two guiding principles that define the user's experience with Roll : Whether you are a creator, a viewer, or any other party, you must keep this principle in mind.

Roll  are not a monetary instrument

Roll  are digital content intended to be purchased and consumed on Youinroll and do not function as currency.

Roll  cannot be directly exchanged for items or services of value.

Do not engage in the exchange of Roll  for items or services normally associated with cost or value. Communities may come together to achieve a goal that results in a benefit or experience for the community (see further discussion below). Creators may also announce benefits in return for individual ‘cheers’, but in each case the activity does not provide anything of value in return.

Based on this premise, we recommend that users use Roll  for the following purposes.

Celebrate amazing moments, support broadcasters, and gain recognition from other users.
Like 'Cheer', and see chat messages that include Roll  in overlays or otherwise.
Set goals for the community to use Roll  to provide or obtain community benefits or content. Build a leaderboard. Promote content for the use of shared Roll or reward viewers. Some examples include:
A broadcaster announcing that a particular emoji will be replaced with a new emoji if 10 people ‘cheer’ 1,000 Roll  in the next 5 minutes
Announcing that a broadcaster will play DOTA or Overwatch based on a community vote based on the number of Roll  "cheered" in 10 minutes.
A broadcaster operating a voting mechanism based on Roll  to decide whether to proceed with a community meeting
A broadcaster asking viewers to “cheer” on a character they would choose to play in Street Fighter.
Developers can provide game skins if the community cheers a certain number of beats within a specified time frame.
Furthermore, we encourage users to create experiences or benefits, such as doing a short dance, changing the color of their avatar, wearing a silly hat, or eating a piece of sushi, in return for individual cheering rather than community action. However, please absolutely avoid any activity (see below) that could amount to an exchange for something of value.
Prohibited acts that violate this policy include:

You cannot solicit Roll  in exchange for money or donations. Please do not ask for money or donations as a benefit for Roll .
Do not provide items or certain services of monetary value in exchange for Roll .
In exchange for Roll , we do not offer hoodies, channel subscription services, dinner dates, graphic design services, promises to play as a specific user in-game, access to specific VOD files, offer cooking lessons, or engage in private conversations. don't

Youinroll may from time to time offer you the opportunity to view advertisements in exchange for Roll . Such opportunities may be limited by third party advertising inventory or other factors, and Youinroll does not guarantee that Roll  will be available at all times or at any given time. Youinroll reminds you that this AUP also applies to Roll  that users can obtain through the above opportunities. Therefore, users must not use bit advertisements as a means of obtaining Roll  according to 'cheering' on their channel, such as opening an account for the purpose of using bit advertisements. Roll  are not designed to be a means of transferring money.
